ComicBookVault ("we", "us", "ComicVault") operates a global marketplace where registered sellers list comic books for sale at fixed "Buy It Now" prices and buyers purchase them securely through our payment provider. By using the site you agree to these Terms.

You must be at least 18 years old to buy or sell. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

Listings are offered at a fixed price. When you buy, payment is collected by our payment provider and held until the order is marked shipped. Each order includes an 8% platform fee and a flat $4.99 shipping charge, shown before you pay. All purchases are covered by our buyer-protection guarantee — if an item doesn't arrive or isn't as described, you may open a dispute from your dashboard.

Sellers set their own prices and must accurately describe the condition and grading of every copy listed. See our Seller Agreement for seller obligations, fees, and payout terms.

ComicBookVault charges an 8% platform fee on the sale price, deducted from the seller's payout. There are no listing fees.

You may not list counterfeit or stolen comics, misrepresent grading, shill-bid, or circumvent the platform's checkout. Violations may result in listing removal, account suspension, and forfeiture of payouts.

Buyers may open a dispute within 14 days of delivery. ComicBookVault mediates and may issue refunds at its discretion. See our dispute policy in your dashboard.

ComicBookVault is a platform connecting buyers and sellers. We are not the seller of record and are not liable for the condition or delivery of individual items beyond our buyer-protection guarantee.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
